Welcome to Heart to Hearts Community Services. We specialise in providing support and services to the elderly, those living with disabilities and/or Mental Health issues. Based in the South West region of Brisbane Heart to Hearts was founded on strong community roots and has a growing reputation for providing quality, caring support services to those that need it.

We are aware that each of our clients requires different levels and types of support and we create an individual program based on their needs. All our support programs are conducted in close consultation with our clients and are flexible with ongoing monitoring, ensuring the client is getting the maximum support required and implementing changes wherever necessary.

Our staff are of course at the centre of our service. We conduct a thorough recruitment process and employ only the best quality staff. All are fully qualified at a number of different levels ranging from Certificate, Diploma, Degree and PhD in a range of relevant services. Our staff are both committed and dedicated, along with the necessary qualifications they also possess the essential qualities we expect here at Heart to Hearts of all our staff, those of respect, maturity, caring and being approachable. Our staff are dedicated to their chosen profession and aim to make your life at home as comfortable as possible.
