STAFF TRAINING
We are continuously looking to develop our staff. We see nursing/caring as a career. We offer a number of career development opportunities to help our staff build on both their existing skills and in developing new ones. We don’t believe in standing still and we ensure that all our staff are fully updated and receive the latest training in any new procedures.
None of our staff are permitted to work unsupervised until they have completed our full training program. We offer a range of qualifications for our staff to work towards. We believe that if our staff are supported in a program of personal growth and development they will remain motivated and committed to delivering a first class service on behalf of Heart to Hearts.
TRAINING COURSES
We have built a strong association with some local partnerships which enables us to offer a variety of short training courses, covering subjects such as age and disability, hairdressing, personal finance etc. Other courses can be arranged if the need arises wherever possible.
