An organization is only as good as its staff. Having the right people is an essential part of the success of any business. All of our staff here at Heart to Hearts are highly professional, experienced and fully qualified. We implement a rigourous vetting and selection program to ensure we only employ staff of the highest calibre. Staff which meet the high standards we have set here at Heart to Hearts.

All our staff must have obtained the Certificate III in Aged and Disability Care as a minimum, many have gone on to obtain further qualifications at a higher level. Hence we have: Registered Nurses (RNs), Nutritionists, Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Social Workers. Massage Therapists, Support Workers, etc.    

All our new members of staff are required to undertake training before starting employment with us. We employ both casual and permanent staff, some of who have been with us for many years. Our staff are committed and dedicated to providing a high quality service of care and support to all our clients.

Management Staff:

Heart to Hearts Management staff have many years of experience gained from various Aged Care & Disability Organizations, which are Community & Government organizations. The experienced gained has helped in shaping the core management style by utilising positive feedback received from clients and utilising or incorporating missed opportunities
for years.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Heart to Heats Community Services specialized in Training, Health Promotion & Communication, and hence relates to clients very well with great understanding and empathy. Each client is treated as they would like to be treated by and their needs and wants carefully identified.

Nurses:

Heart to Hearts Community Services has Registered Nurses (RN) and Assistants in Nursing (AIN). These staff have worked in Aged care, Nursing homes and in the Community for many years. In addition, we can refer clients to other specialized nursing services if necessary.

Nutritionists:

Heart to Hearts Community Services has well trained Nutritionists. The staff are able to help clients with various nutritional or dietary issues. However, if there are complicated clients issues can be referred to advanced Nutritionists and Dieticians.

Social Workers:

Heart to Hearts Community Services has well trained Social Workers. The staff are able to help clients with various Social issues. However, if there are complicated issues, clients can be referred to other advanced professional Social Services.

Community Support Workers:

Heart to Hearts Community Services’ Community Support Staff are the backbone of the Organization. As stated earlier, the minimum qualification is Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability as well as Certificate III in Individual Support. However, all other Staff Members in Heart to Hearts Organization Community Services, irrespective of their higher qualification are able to work as Community Support Workers.

Other Staff:

Heart to Hearts Community Services is able to employ other specialized staff if needed by the client. If not able to employ, Heart to Hearts has linkages with other Organizations and clients can be referred to them. Alternatively Heart to Hearts can work collaboratively with other Providers and Agencies to provide the desirable service for the client, ensuring a good or successful outcome which meets their client’s needs.
